Your Responsibilities: * **Outstanding Service:** Greet customers, present the menu, and suggest dishes and beverages. * **Consultative Sales:** Thoroughly know menu items to assist customers in their choices and increase average ticket value. * **Floor Management:** Organize table setups (mise\-en\-place), ensure dining area cleanliness, and restock utensils. * **Order Entry:** Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately to prevent kitchen/bar errors. * **Billing Closure:** Verify the bill with the customer and process payments. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Prior experience in customer-facing roles (restaurants, bars, or events). * **Strong communication skills:** Fluency in explaining dishes and interacting with diverse customer profiles. * Agility and organization to manage multiple tables simultaneously. * Flexible availability (especially evenings, weekends, and holidays). * Ethical conduct, punctuality, and impeccable personal presentation.
