Collaborative teamwork The Cook will be responsible for ensuring excellence in food preparation and kitchen organization at Dorival Bar & Parrilla Restaurant in Vila da Serra. * **Prepare dishes** according to technical specifications and the restaurant's high standards of flavor and presentation. * Clean, cut, and portion ingredients for daily service. * Ensure **efficiency in preparation time** and proper completion of dishes. * Maintain **cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices** for food safety throughout the kitchen. * **Assist in inventory control** and goods receipt. * Work **collaboratively** with the entire team. Requirements: * Proven experience as a cook; * Knowledge of hygiene and food handling best practices; * Efficiency, organization, and responsibility; ability to work well in teams and under pressure; strong interpersonal skills within the team; Availability to work on weekends and holidays. Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday (day off on Monday and one Sunday per month). Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM / Night shift: 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM.
