Our commitment is to **safety, innovation, and technical excellence**, always in compliance with applicable standards. ? **Mission** Ensure the company’s strategic supply of materials, components, raw materials, and services of high quality, guaranteeing delivery timelines, competitive costs, and technical compliance. Conduct ethical and sustainable procurement negotiations and policies, directly supporting operations, LPS and grounding projects, and organizational growth. ? **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier prospecting to qualification; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms, ensuring a balance among cost, quality, and delivery schedule; * Establish contracts and strategic partnerships with critical suppliers in the electrical and construction sectors; * Monitor and analyze departmental performance indicators (lead time, savings, supply quality, service level); * Integrate procurement processes with production planning, warehousing, logistics, and project teams; * Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards (ABNT, NBR, IEC, and tax legislation); * Develop internal procurement and compliance policies, ensuring standardization and risk management; * Promote sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility strategies across the supply chain; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and transparency; * Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering engagement and results-oriented management. ? **Desired Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, or Business Administration is considered a plus. * Solid experience in Procurement, Logistics, and Production Control (PCP); * Experience in the industrial or **electrical** sector is a plus; * Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency. **Professional Experience:** * 7–10 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, including at least 3 years in a leadership role; * Experience in industrial or infrastructure companies (preferably in the electrical, telecommunications, or construction sectors); * Experience managing domestic and international suppliers; * Proven track record in strategic negotiations, cost reduction, and supply chain process improvement. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools; * Knowledge of import processes and tax legislation applicable to procurement; * Familiarity with LPS and grounding standards (e.g., NBR 5419) is a plus; * Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strategic negotiation and influence; * Analytical mindset and results orientation; * Leadership and team management; * Organization and discipline; * Clear and assertive communication; * Ethical conduct and sustainability awareness. **Benefits** * Caju Meal Voucher: BRL 35.00 per business day; * Co-payment health plan; * Dental plan; * Access to Wellhub (gyms and wellness); * Psychological support (2 free sessions + discounts); * Nutritional support (2 free sessions + discounts); * School supplies allowance (for children aged 6–14); * Maternity/Paternity allowance of BRL 1,518.00 (one-time payment per birth); * Partnerships with universities, language schools, and technical courses; * Sesc Club membership; * Life insurance; * Car rental discounts; Want to join a solid, innovative, and continuously growing company? ? **Send your resume and lead the transformation in the Procurement area!**
