Job Summary: Responsible for managing logistics, billing, external services, and vehicle fleet teams, ensuring operational efficiency and control over maintenance and documentation. Preparation of managerial reports and billing support Responsible for managing logistics, external services, and billing teams. Develops service schedules, assigns external teams to execute service orders, plans deliveries, pickups, and container relocations, analyzes and prepares area-related reports. Manages corrective and preventive vehicle maintenance schedules and the ERP system. Provides support to the billing department. Coordinates the company's vehicle fleet usage, planning and allocating vehicles for material, equipment, and personnel transportation services. \- Monitors preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling for the company's vehicle fleet, including cleaning, aiming to minimize downtime and extend vehicle service life. \- Manages driver, logistics, billing, and external maintenance teams, assigning them to perform services, guiding them on specific procedures for each case, monitoring daily performance, and providing feedback. \- Verifies vehicle documentation status to prevent traffic authority fines and other penalties. \- Procures replacement parts as required for maintenance activities. \- Monitors scheduled vehicle inspections according to manufacturers' specifications to ensure proper vehicle operation and maintain factory warranties. \- Guides and monitors third-party service contracting for vehicle repairs, based on technical evaluation, market research, and cost-benefit analysis. \- Supervises measurement of services provided to customers to ensure billing accuracy. \- Monitors and assists in issuing company invoices, tax invoices, and contracts, verifying quantities, products, prices, and payment terms per contractual clauses. \- Manages and monitors external maintenance and assembly team tasks, preparing service orders and scheduling service visits and trips. \- Prepares managerial logistics reports containing data on cargo volumes, targets, economic performance, billing, etc., serving as a basis for decision-making. \- Monitors and oversees IT services, ensuring network, server, and all company-used systems operate properly.
