Proactivity and strategic vision **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour break **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Manage the branch (PA) team and operations, ensuring achievement of cooperative goals and standards. * Serve and monitor the associate portfolio, offering financial solutions aligned with their needs. * Conduct active prospecting for new associates, focusing on expanding the membership base. * Develop close relationships with agricultural segment associates, understanding their specific demands. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields). * Proven experience in team and financial operations management. * Experience working with the agribusiness sector—including rural producers and farmers—with strong clear and empathetic communication skills. * Knowledge of financial products and services tailored to agriculture. * Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies. * Ability to analyze data and performance reports. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Decision-making ability and problem-solving capacity. * Proactivity and strategic vision. * Willingness to work onsite in Piracema. * Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in related areas. * Certifications such as CPA and/or CEA **Benefits:** Seniority bonus, Childcare/Babysitter allowance, Study grant, Birthday gift card, Day Off, Health insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
