Job Summary: Develop and consolidate financial and controllership processes for the Holding and operational units, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in Controllership and Finance focused on processes 2. Experience working in rapidly growing environments / expansion of units 3. In-depth knowledge of financial controls and managerial reporting Develop, implement, and consolidate financial and controllership processes for the Holding and operational units (Allp Fit), ensuring data accuracy, reliable budgetary forecasts, robust internal controls, executive managerial reports, and support for operational scalability. Proven experience as Controller, Finance Manager, or equivalent role with focus on processes and controllership. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field. \* In-depth knowledge of financial controls, financial KPIs, and managerial reporting. \* Experience with financial ERP systems and BI tools / dashboards in Excel. \* Prior experience in rapidly growing environments / expansion of units. \* Experience building decentralized finance teams. \* Experience with Omie and Cotabox systems. \* Intermediate proficiency in Excel. **SALARY:** R$4\.500,00 Transportation Voucher + Meal Voucher (R$25 per day) + Todos Card * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Holding Office:** Av.
