Job Summary: A finance professional responsible for managing Payables operations, treasury, foreign trade, and advance payments control, ensuring accounting accuracy and process improvement. Our philosophy is to offer customers the best products in the market while guaranteeing agility both in sales and delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Operations Management:** Coordinate the end-to-end Payables workflow, ensuring commitments are honored within company deadlines and standards; * **Treasury and Banking:** Manage relationships with multiple banks and supervise treasury processes, including loan and financing management and liquidity oversight; * **Foreign Trade:** Execute and monitor foreign exchange closing and financial import processes; * **Advance Payments Control:** Manage and apply expertise in reconciling supplier advance balances; * **Reconciliation and Accounting:** Ensure accuracy of bank reconciliations and accounting balances, guaranteeing that journal entries reflect actual financial conditions (basic accounting); * **Performance and BI:** Build, monitor, and report area performance indicators (KPIs), using BI tools to support decision-making; * **Process Improvement:** Optimize use of the SAP FI module and other tools to ensure operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * **Systems:** Proficiency in **SAP (FI Module)**; * **Languages: Advanced English** (mandatory for international interface/foreign exchange closing/written and spoken communication); * **Tools:** **Advanced Excel** (dashboards, complex formulas, and data analysis); * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in banking routines, treasury, loans, financing, and accounting reconciliation; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Financial Management or Controllership. **Additional Information** By joining our team, you will have access to: * Unimed medical assistance * Unimed dental assistance * Gympass * Pharmacy benefits * Morning and afternoon coffee * Partnerships with universities and language schools * Product discounts * Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus * Training programs * Life insurance * Meal allowance or food voucher * Transportation allowance Friopeças began operations in 1994 in Belo Horizonte/MG, exclusively serving the retail market for original parts—but already in 1998 expanded into the wholesale market.
