Job Summary: The Financial Manager will plan, organize, and supervise the company's financial activities, ensuring financial health, cost control, and strategic support to the executive board. Strategic support to the executive board through financial analysis The Financial Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the company's financial activities, ensuring the business's financial health, cost control, and compliance with tax and financial obligations. They will manage cash flow, analyze financial results, and provide strategic support to the executive board for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage routine financial department tasks (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury). * Prepare and monitor **cash flow**, budgets, and financial forecasts. * Analyze financial reports and performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with financial obligations and payment deadlines. * Monitor bank reconciliations and financial transactions. * Develop strategies for **cost reduction and performance improvement**. * Support the executive board in strategic decisions based on financial analysis. * Supervise and guide the financial department team. * Maintain relationships with banks, accounting firms, and other financial partners. * Ensure organization and control of the company's financial documents. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Proven experience in finance, preferably in leadership roles. * Knowledge of **financial management, cash flow, budgeting, and indicator analysis**. * Proficiency in **Excel and financial management systems**. * Analytical, organized profile with strong decision-making ability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in **Finance, Controllership, or Business Management**. * Experience in strategic financial planning. * Knowledge of **Power BI or data analytics tools**. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Strategic thinking * Organization and planning * Strong communication skills * Results orientation Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$20\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
