Job Summary: Responsible for financial management, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and strategic support. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. 2. Strategic support in financial decision-making. 3. Direct support to the treasurer to ensure financial accuracy. Responsibilities: * Managing accounts payable and receivable, data entry and control in Excel spreadsheets, monitoring revenues and expenses; preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial plans; supporting strategic financial decision-making; * Performing banking operations, including issuing payment slips (boletos), issuing and recording checks, and bank reconciliation; * Organizing and archiving department documents, entering data into financial systems, and controlling accounting information; * Collecting payments from affiliates, reviewing and analyzing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements (DRE), and trial balances, as well as tax entries; * Providing direct support to the treasurer on departmental financial matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial information. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting or Business Administration. * Experience with financial management systems (Conta Azul system is a plus); * Advanced Excel skills; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role.
