




Job Summary: A professional responsible for structuring, monitoring, and enhancing financial processes, ensuring reliability and operational efficiency to support managerial decision-making. The professional will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and enhancing the company's financial processes, ensuring information reliability, operational efficiency, and the necessary managerial support for decision-making. They will directly handle account reconciliation, preparation and monitoring of financial statements, as well as participate in budget formulation and implementation of expense management methodologies. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Financial Processes and Controls** * Design and standardize financial reconciliation processes (bank, customers, freight, among others). * Ensure accuracy of financial information and verify that entries are reconciled and properly justified. * Conduct internal audits on selected processes, such as inventory audit, to ensure compliance and operational integrity. **2\. Management Income Statement (DRE) Oversight** * Monitor and prepare the monthly management income statement (DRE). * Analyze variances between actual vs. planned results and propose corrective actions. * Support the development of the 2026 management income statement (DRE) budget. **3\. Cash Flow Management** * Monitor and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. * Ensure continuous updates to the tool and identify liquidity risks. * Develop the annual cash flow budget for 2026. **4\. Matrix Expense Management (GMD)** * Implement and organize the Matrix Expense Management (GMD) process. * Monitor cost centers, expense categories, and area-specific responsible parties. * Generate management reports to facilitate control and decision-making. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge** * Proficiency in Excel and financial management tools. * Knowledge of income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and corporate budgeting. * Experience with reconciliations and internal audits. * Familiarity with Matrix Expense Management (GMD) is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to structure processes. * Critical analysis and managerial perspective. * Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively.
