Responsibilities and Duties * Develop new business through visits to leads and prospecting of qualified opportunities; * Act as a subject-matter expert and ambassador for the BU Business Consulting product and service portfolio; * Manage customer relationships during execution and post\-sales phases, ensuring satisfaction and continuity; * Prepare and negotiate strategic commercial proposals; * Support regional marketing initiatives, events, and sales structure; * Ensure alignment between sales and delivery, guaranteeing service quality; * Monitor project performance indicators and financial events under your management; * Engage, train, and supervise Regional Relationship Managers.
