You will be responsible for implementing the CRM, building performance dashboards, automating WhatsApp communication workflows, and ensuring predictable, scalable commercial operations. This is not a “senior salesperson” role — it is a role for someone who builds the machine that makes sales happen. * CRM Implementation and Management: Structure the sales pipeline (currently in ClickUp, with planned migration to HubSpot or similar), ensuring clean data, functional automations, and reliable reports. Practical expertise with CRM and communication automation tools is expected. * Blip/WhatsApp Business Operations: Configure and optimize buyer communication workflows via Blip — activation sequences, follow-ups, abandoned cart re-engagement. * Dashboards and KPIs: Create and maintain commercial performance dashboards — conversion rates across funnels (Financing and Deed Registration), B2B sales cycle, revenue per processed unit. An analytical mindset is essential: full comfort with metrics such as CAC, average deal size, and sales cycle length. * Supervision of Inside Sales and B2B Manager: Coordinate the sales team, monitor individual and collective goals, and optimize scripts and processes. * Integration with AI Agents: Collaborate with the technology team to configure and enhance commercial AI agents (automated Inside Sales, financing simulations).
