Essential support in employee administration **JOB OPENING FOR HR DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT** **Location:** Jardim Canadá, Nova Lima – MG **Responsibilities:** * Process employee enrollment or removal from benefit plans; * Manage benefits such as transportation allowance, meal card, and fuel allowance; * Enter data for preparing termination and vacation payment receipts; * Register new employees; * Monitor probationary periods in employment contracts; * Request termination calculations for employees leaving the company; * Assist employees with various inquiries related to the HR department; * Organize employee folders; * Schedule interviews and provide follow-up; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation; * Comply with company conduct policies. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Experience in the field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with ERP systems. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 **Benefits:** Coffee and lunch provided at the company, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (R$ 350,00), Medical Plan (Unimed), Dental Plan (Unimed), Attendance Bonus (R$ 500,00).
