PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) is PETRONAS’ global entity responsible for manufacturing and marketing lubricants worldwide.
Here, we do not merely dream of a better future—we build it. Across more than 90 countries, we invest in cutting-edge technology to achieve increasingly superior and environmentally and socially responsible outcomes.
We operate over 30 facilities across 27 countries, producing the most advanced fluids and lubricants for all vehicle types, while also developing championship-winning formulations for our Formula 1 and MotoGP partners.
Yet we believe progress goes far beyond this—it lies in people. At PETRONAS, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, viewing differences as opportunities. According to IBGE research, approximately 54% of Brazil’s population identifies as Black, 51.8% as women, and at least 45 million people in the country live with some form of disability—representing about 24% of the population. Nevertheless, social minorities remain underrepresented in the labor market. Moreover, workforce participation among LGBTQIA\+ individuals remains extremely low—particularly for transgender people.
Thus, we recognize that integrating these individuals into the labor market is essential to fulfilling our role in combating the social and cultural inequalities they face. For this reason, we have implemented multiple internal programs designed to affirmatively integrate and include members of marginalized groups within our corporate environment, among others.
Passion for progress means embracing opportunities. **\#PETRONAS \#PassionForProgress**
