Job Summary: Responsible for accident prevention and promotion of health and safety in engineering, electrical installation, automation, and robotics, ensuring legal compliance and document management. Management of occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation and legal compliance. Responsible for preventing accidents and promoting the health and safety of employees engaged in engineering, electrical installation, automation, and robotics activities, ensuring legal compliance, meeting client requirements, and managing OHS documentation—including portal integrations. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor occupational safety standards in **industrial automation, electrical panel assembly, and robotics**; * Conduct safety inspections at industrial facilities, construction sites, factories, and client locations; * Identify electrical, mechanical, ergonomic, and working-at-height hazards; * Prepare and maintain OHS documents: **PGR, PCMSO, APR, PT, DDS, work orders, reports, and records**; * Ensure compliance with **NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, NR-35**, and other applicable regulations; * Deliver occupational safety training and onboarding sessions; * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Control and advise on the proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Perform **client portal integrations and OHS document management** (e.g., **ATLAS** and similar systems); * Support audits, inspections, and client requests; * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Construction, and HR departments. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Proven experience in the field, preferably in **industrial environments, automation, or electrical engineering**; * Solid knowledge of Regulatory Standards, especially **NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35**; * **Experience integrating with client portals (e.g., ATLAS)**; * Knowledge of OHS legal documentation; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in engineering firms, industrial automation companies, or automotive manufacturers; * Familiarity with eSocial – OHS-related events; * Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel; * Experience conducting audits for industrial clients.
