Job Summary: A professional required to create models from various materials according to specifications, perform manual and machine machining operations, and operate lathes and milling machines—with emphasis on precision and interpretation of mechanical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in modeling with wood and PU resin is mandatory 2. Development of models, fixtures, and auxiliary tools 3. Teamwork and proactive problem-solving **Technical Competencies** * Produce models from various materials per customer specifications, adhering to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. * Perform mold modeling in wood or PU resin using manual tools and/or machines applied to casting, machining, and manufacturing processes. * Carry out manual or machine-based machining and fitting operations, including bench work. * Operate conventional machines such as lathes and milling machines, performing adjustments with hand files and rotary files. * Execute technical operations including cleaning, polishing, grinding, roughing, boring, milling, turning, planing, threading, material bending, drilling, tool sharpening, sawing, carving, stamping, engraving, and component assembly. * Read and interpret mechanical drawings, performing necessary calculations for manufacturing and adjustments. * Apply knowledge of materials, hardness, standardization, and proper use of industrial tools and equipment. * Develop, when necessary, models, fixtures, and auxiliary tools. * Work with high precision, following internal instructions and supervisor guidance. **Requirements and Experience** **Education:** * Toolmaking course or related fields (Milling Machine Operator, Lathe Operator, or Mechanical Fitter). **Experience:** * Proven experience in modeling with wood and PU resin (mandatory). * Preferred experience in constructing fixtures, injection molds, and stamping tools. * Operation of conventional lathes and milling machines. * Adjustments using hand files and rotary files. * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, etc. **Preference:** * Candidates with experience in industrial automation environments. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and high precision. * Organization and strict adherence to deadlines. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Proactivity in analyzing and solving problems.
