As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: * Greeting and assisting all company visitors in a courteous and professional manner. * Managing the appointment schedule, including booking and confirming meetings. * Screening incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the reception area to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment. * Providing administrative support to the team, assisting with various tasks as needed. * Contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance customer service processes. Requirements: For this position, we seek a candidate with: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience of at least 6 months in reception or public-facing roles. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with computer tools, such as Microsoft Office suite. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Availability to work under CLT employment regime.
