IT Internship Position - Support and Infrastructure Mandatory Requirements: * Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or Technical Courses in Information Technology. Responsibilities: * Receive, process, and resolve service requests via the system; * Record and provide support for hardware and software technical support requests; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other institutional devices; * Create and manage users using Active Directory and internal management systems; * Assist in identifying and resolving connectivity issues, software installation, and operating system configurations (Windows, Office, computer networks, Wi-Fi networks, etc.); * Assist in organizing and securing the equipment fleet, ensuring compliance with policies and security guidelines; * Support hardware and software equipment inventory, active IT controls, and basic network, firewall, and proxy support; * Assist in infrastructure improvement projects; * Provide supervised support for employee requests and IT department demands; Stipend and Benefits: * Stipend of R$1.300,00 * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub/Gympass; * Life insurance; * Discounts at partner pharmacies; Work modality: 100% in-person Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM.
