Main Responsibilities * Support in contract drafting and analysis * Research on legislation, case law, and legal doctrine * Organization of legal and administrative documents * Support for internal compliance-related demands and legal routines * Preparation of reports and simple drafts under supervision Mandatory Requirements * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Law program * Educational institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) * Availability to intern up to 30 hours per week Desirable Requirements * Enrolled in Law program from the 3rd semester onward * Basic knowledge of Civil Law and Contracts * Familiarity with Corporate Law * Strong reading and interpretation skills for legal texts * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel Behavioral Competencies * Organization and responsibility * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ethics, discretion, and confidentiality * Proactivity * Interest in practical learning * Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision Stipend and Benefits * Internship stipend (non-mandatory internship) * Transportation allowance * Personal accident insurance Additional Information Hiring will be conducted in accordance with Law No. 11\.788/2008, through the signing of an Internship Commitment Agreement (TCE) among the company, the intern, and the educational institution.
