Perform operational PC servicing tasks, including: replenishing supplies, paper, and air filters; replacing consumables and parts; installing applications; inspecting PCs to verify proper operating condition; coordinating with vendors for technical repairs; configuring software; maintaining up-to-date visual communication at service points. Repair/replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request replacement parts from logistics via system tools (ETA) and freight carriers. Grant access to the site for maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, or maintenance company) to perform repairs. Remain vigilant regarding equipment safety devices, monitoring for signs of tampering or fraudulent activity.
