We are looking for an **Intelligence and Performance Specialist** to strategically contribute to structuring and consolidating the Data area, supporting business decisions across Credit, Risk, Product, and Operations. This professional will play a key role in organizing databases, defining KPIs, building robust analyses, and promoting a data-driven culture across the company. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor friction, risk, and strategic relevance KPIs for real estate agencies. * Structure analyses to support team decisions, focusing on impact and prioritization. * Identify error patterns, recurrence, and cumulative impact, pinpointing root causes. * Support prioritization of critical topics based on data and evidence. * Consolidate information from multiple areas to guide executive decision-making. ### **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering (Production, Statistics or related fields), Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related disciplines. Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data, BI, or Analytics. **Experience** * Prior experience in data analysis within Operations, CX, Performance, or similar areas. * Experience developing and monitoring KPIs (KPIs, SLAs, productivity, recurrence). * Experience conducting root cause analysis and identifying operational patterns. * Experience consolidating data from multiple areas to support executive decision-making. * Experience working in dynamic environments with impact-based prioritization. **Technical Skills** * Structured data and KPI analysis. * Development and monitoring of operational KPIs. * Ability to identify patterns, recurrence, and root causes. * Organization and consolidation of data from multiple areas. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus). **Behavioral Skills** * Logical reasoning and critical thinking. * Ability to translate data into clear business guidance. * Analytical organization and discipline. * Investigative curiosity. * Objective, structured, and fact-based communication. **Want to know what awaits you at CredAluga?
