We currently have an opening: Position: Industrial Mechanical Assistant Initial Salary: R$ 10.45/hour (approx. R$ 2\.299.00\) Temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment within 60 days * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:45 (1-hour lunch break) Friday: 07:30–17:30 (1-hour lunch break) ️ Meals: On-site cafeteria (cost: R$ 2.55/month) Benefits: * Meal allowance (VR): R$ 150.00 (attendance-based) * Transportation allowance (6% deduction if using bus) * Uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company * No fuel allowance ✅ Requirements: * Experience as an assistant in heavy industrial maintenance * Knowledge of welding, grinding, lubrication, and related activities After conversion to permanent employment: * Salary: R$ 10.98/hour (approx.
