




Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and cheerful Customer Service professional to handle reservations, provide support, manage customer information, and collaborate with marketing. Collaboration with marketing on campaigns and social engagement We are a group of bars in Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region, and we are looking for a professional to join our Customer Service team! Delivering excellent service is essential to us; therefore, we seek someone who is communicative, good-humored, skilled in negotiation, and enjoys interacting with people. If this describes you, join our TEAM! ✅ Responsibilities and Duties Customer service and support including: · Table and event reservations (e.g., birthday parties) · Customer contact via phone, WhatsApp, and social media · Resolving customer requests and escalating to management when necessary · Organization and management of customer information: · Data registration and control · Support for relationship-building and loyalty initiatives · Collaboration with the Marketing department: · Participation in campaigns and promotional activities · Support for social media engagement and communication ✅ Work Schedule ✅ Rotating 6x1 schedule 1 weekly day off according to schedule 1 Sunday off per month ✅ Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 1-hour lunch break ✅ Flexible schedule to be arranged ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Social Media (completed or in progress) preferred ✅ Salary: R$ 1\.730,00 fixed \+ bonus based on reservations ✅**Benefits:** * Mobility allowance or fuel assistance (no payroll deduction) * Medical assistance (consultations and exams) * Unimed Dental * Life insurance \+ funeral assistance * Bonuses * Birthday day off * Wellhub (Gympass) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.740,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
