We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer Analyst to strategically engage in system development, maintenance, and evolution, ensuring application quality, performance, security, and scalability. * Location: Nova Lima (MG) and/or Morumbi (SP) * Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote) * Employment Type: CLT Main Responsibilities: * Lead the technical development of high-complexity solutions; * Ensure system quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability; * Support strategic technical decisions and assist the Tech Lead in solution design; * Guide and technically develop the team; * Anticipate and mitigate technical risks; * Evolve architecture, development standards, and Technology area processes. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree is a plus); * Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), .NET Core, C#, Python, CSS, HTML, and Vue.js/Angular; * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL); * Experience with Git; * Technical English for reading; * Knowledge of secure development practices, systemic thinking, and functional analysis; * Security practices (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect); * Experience with Docker and understanding of service runtime; * Experience working across environments (dev, hml, prod) and managing variables/secrets; * Incident monitoring and troubleshooting; * Familiarity with Kubernetes.
