Job Summary: SA Informática is seeking a Business Analyst to work at a software house developing technological solutions, translating business needs into requirements and driving innovation. We are a software house with over 20 years of market presence, developing technological solutions for sectors such as education, legal services, financial institutions, and mining companies. If you possess the skills to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements, and wish to grow within an innovative and collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Identify, analyze, and document business and technical requirements together with clients and internal stakeholders; * Facilitate alignment between client needs and technical solutions proposed by the development team; * Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery; * Lead requirements elicitation meetings and solution presentations; * Support validation and testing of solutions to ensure compliance with gathered requirements; * Support and guide teams in implementing continuous improvements and new features, always focusing on customer experience. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles, preferably in software houses or technology companies; * Solid knowledge of process analysis and requirements elicitation; * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and the Scrum framework; * Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and support in technical specifications; * Familiarity with UX best practices and design thinking; * Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PBA) or agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO). **Work Location:** Santa Efigênia neighborhood, Belo Horizonte (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). **What We Offer Our Employees:** * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Group life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
