Opportunity to influence organizational culture We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Analyst focused on People Management and with generalist practice for the **Nova Lima** region. * Support managers in analyzing employee performance, collecting quantitative and qualitative data, and proposing improvement suggestions * Conduct Organizational Climate Surveys and analyze results * Plan departmental activities and implement continuous improvement initiatives * Manage employee benefits and submit benefit requests to service providers * Collect and verify employee payroll data * Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes * Comply with labor legislation * Design and promote, together with managers, team development and training initiatives * Implement motivational actions and internal endomarketing * Analyze HR performance indicators and present findings and improvement suggestions to senior leadership, among other responsibilities **Requirements**: Proven experience in the field, with hands-on practice across all HR and Personnel Administration subsystems. (Mandatory) Proficiency in computer applications, including tools for developing training materials and endomarketing content.
