Alignment with Sicoob's values and principles **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Serve cooperative members by providing information and guidance regarding products and services offered by the cooperative. * Perform cashier duties, including receipt and disbursement of funds, document verification, and daily cash reconciliation. * Assist in account opening and maintenance, as well as updating member registrations and documentation. * Identify members' needs and offer appropriate financial solutions, promoting loyalty and satisfaction. * Stay updated on the cooperative's policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with established guidelines. * Record and track member requests and complaints, seeking prompt and effective resolutions to issues raised. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the cooperative to continuously enhance skills and knowledge required for the role. * Collaborate with the team to foster a cooperative and efficient environment in serving cooperative members. * Perform administrative and operational tasks related to customer service, ensuring internal process organization and control. * Act in accordance with Sicoob's values and principles, promoting the cooperative's positive image among members and the community **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and customer service * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) * Knowledge of financial products and services * Familiarity with sales techniques * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Preferred Qualifications:** * CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification * Experience in financial institutions or credit cooperatives * Knowledge of financial products and services * Proficiency in customer service systems * Proactivity and initiative. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Gym allowance, Childcare allowance, Commissions, Profit-sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
