Our journey is marked by commitment to quality and accessibility of healthcare services, forming an integral part of the well-being of the Minas Gerais community. **Key Responsibilities:** Shift Handover * Receive and hand over shifts clearly and comprehensively, reporting incidents and pending tasks. * Admit patients, collecting clinical data and vital signs. Patient Bay * Verify organization, cleanliness, and required supplies. * Inspect devices and equipment, listing any abnormalities. Vital Signs and Prescriptions * Measure vital signs according to prescriptions. * Execute medical and nursing prescriptions. Nursing Care * Deliver care per institutional protocols. * Monitor patient behavior and notify the multidisciplinary team when necessary. Medical Procedures * Assist in medical and nursing procedures. * Document provided care in the electronic health record. Transport and Transfer * Transport patients according to clinical conditions. * Complete and sign transport documentation. Cleaning and Organization * Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies and equipment. * Contribute to biosafety and report incidents. Medications and Supplies * Prepare and administer medications per prescriptions. * Request supply replenishments and monitor sterilization expiration dates.
