Job Summary: At Vertente, we're seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant (PL/SR) to drive ERP system implementation for construction clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. We enhance the use of the **Sienge** ERP — the leader in construction — through the Vertente Methodology. **JOB: PL/SR IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT** * Lead system implementation at client sites according to the established schedule, ensuring alignment with business requirements and solution usage best practices; * Perform system parameterization and configuration, ensuring data integrity, security, and processing quality; * Conduct user training, empowering teams on platform functionalities, operations, and usage best practices; * Oversee all implementation process stages, providing technical support, resolving issues, and clarifying client questions; * Execute functional tests and system validations, verifying correct operation of implemented routines, integrations, and processes; * Propose technical solutions and parameterization strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs; * Ensure implementation quality, delivering an efficient, secure, and satisfying experience to end users; * Maintain a consultative relationship with clients, contributing to continuous process improvement and software utilization. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field * Experience implementing ERP systems in construction companies * Strong communication skills, with teaching ability and capacity to guide others * Responsibility and commitment to client success * Availability for on-site work in BH * Availability for occasional travel **BENEFITS** * Salary: negotiable based on experience * Meal Allowance: BRL 31.73/day \- Caju * Transportation Allowance \- Caju * Wellhub \- Caju * Conexa \- digital health and wellness portal * Health insurance * Birthday day off Compensation: BRL 3,500.00 \- BRL 5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
