Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for managing and coordinating mining projects, leading teams, planning activities, and ensuring efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Direct client relationship **Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with desirable technical knowledge in geotechnical engineering.** Experience in **project management and coordination in mining**, from project receipt through field execution. Responsible for **planning team mobilization, defining equipment and support infrastructure**, as well as **managing schedules, resources, and project performance indicators**. Performs **leadership and supervision of office and field teams**, conducts technical meetings, ensures compliance with company standards, and maintains **direct client relationships**. Also monitors **employee performance, delivery quality, deadlines, and equipment maintenance**, ensuring activity alignment and operational efficiency.
