Ponto Alpha, a rapidly expanding cafeteria franchisor, is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our strategic units. You will be the conductor of operations, ensuring every cup of coffee served and every line item on the financial statements reflects our excellence. YOUR CHALLENGE (Key Responsibilities) As General Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and assume full 360-degree responsibility for unit management: 1. Financial and Strategic Management: * Oversee the unit’s P&L (income statement, cash flow, cost of goods sold, and labor costs). * Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize profitability and minimize waste. * Execute local marketing and sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets. 2. Operational Excellence (Hands-on): * Ensure the brand’s gold-standard quality in product preparation and customer service. * Actively engage across store areas (counter, cashier, and preparation) whenever necessary, leading by example. * Rigorously manage inventory, stocktaking, and procurement of supplies. 3. People Leadership: * Recruit, train, and certify your team (counter staff, team leaders, and supervisors). * Manage work schedules, attendance records, and foster a motivating, productive organizational climate. * Guarantee flawless compliance with all food safety and hygiene protocols. PROFILE WE SEEK Essential Requirements: * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum 24 months as General Manager in restaurants/cafeterias, or 18 months as an internal supervisor. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Office Suite and strong numerical aptitude; familiarity with ERP and management systems. * Attitude: Inspirational leadership, emotional intelligence, and exceptional conflict-resolution capability.
