Support in topographic control and service planning AOrion Participações Imobiliárias is seeking a **Building Technician!** Responsible for providing technical supervision of earthworks and infrastructure activities at construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with design documents, technical specifications, schedules, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect earthworks, excavation, cutting, and filling operations; * Verify and interpret design documents, drawings, elevations, and technical specifications; * Perform measurements of completed work for production control; * Support topographic control (elevations, levels, area layout, and verification of markings); * Monitor the implementation of drainage systems, soil compaction, and platform preparation; * Complete site reports, field diaries, and productivity tracking records; * Support adherence to the physical construction schedule; * Assist engineers and site supervisors in planning and organizing work fronts. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Building Construction or related fields; * Experience in earthworks, infrastructure, or heavy construction projects; * Knowledge of reading design documents, quantity surveying, and construction control; * Flexible working hours.
