Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling infrastructure construction projects, managing teams and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines. Strategic interface with suppliers, designers, and internal departments Construction Engineer Position Location: Belo Horizonte Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor the physical\-financial planning of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule; * Lead the execution of infrastructure construction projects in housing developments (earthworks, drainage, paving, water and sewage networks, among others); * Perform measurements of completed work, validate measurement reports, and control costs; * Monitor project budgets, track deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Supervise in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring productivity and quality in execution; * Monitor and ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and occupational safety standards; * Interface with suppliers, designers, and other involved departments, ensuring technical and operational alignment; * Prepare and update physical and financial progress reports for management review; * Develop and supervise service providers involved in civil construction processes; * Maintain continuous coordination with the Licensing department to ensure proper alignment of project information; * Support the Commercial department by providing technical information, project status updates, and forecasts. Requirements: * Experience in executing infrastructure, urbanization, and paving projects. * Experience in physical\-financial planning and control of construction projects (schedule, budget, and measurements); * Experience in supplier/outsourced contractor management; * Experience in reading and analyzing detailed engineering drawings. * Driver's license category B. * Full availability for travel. * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
