Our job openings are inclusive. \#grupocomporte \#metrobh \#opportunities **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systematically manage construction execution under your responsibility to ensure final product quality while complying with all quality and sustainability procedures; * Study and apply best practices in engineering solutions, always focusing on cost reduction, schedule adherence, and sustainability; * Monitor project progress by periodically assessing physical construction advancement in accordance with executive project plans and cost spreadsheets; * Review and approve monthly Measurement Reports submitted by suppliers, ensuring fairness and security in the process, and verifying alignment between physical construction progress and measured value; * Approve, together with the Implementation Superintendent, Contract Addendums arising from design changes, clearly justifying the reason for the addendum; * Commit to compliance with Integrated Safety and Occupational Health Standards; * Actively participate in supplier meetings, consistently adhering to the contract signed between parties, upholding the company’s commitment to fulfilling contractual obligations, thereby ensuring optimal outcomes in terms of quality, costs, and timelines; * Commit to compliance with applicable legal requirements in your area, proactively identifying non-conformities and proposing action plans for preventive and/or corrective measures; * Act as a team leader, engaging, motivating, and facilitating your employees so the team works in an organized and focused manner. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management is desirable; * Experience in metro-railway projects; * Advanced proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate English proficiency. * **Additional Information** * **Benefits for the employee** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Childcare allowance;** **WellHub (a mobile app supporting physical, mental, emotional, and financial health);** **Life insurance;** **Meal voucher and/or food allowance;** **Transportation allowance.** * **Benefits for dependents** **Medical and dental assistance reimbursement;** **Support for children with disabilities;** **WellHub (a mobile app supporting physical, mental, emotional, and financial health).** **We are one of the companies within Grupo Comporte, operating the metro-rail public transportation system covering the municipalities of Contagem and Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais.** **Here, we offer opportunities based on meritocracy and care for our employees by providing a positive organizational climate, which translates into excellent service for our users.
