Job Summary: Responsible for the technical and administrative coordination of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards, while managing teams and controlling projects. Focus on quality, safety, deadlines, and costs Responsible for the technical and administrative coordination of construction projects at L10 Engenharia, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements. Manages field teams, performs executive planning, controls contracts, conducts measurements, and interfaces with clients, suppliers, and other company departments. **PERIODIC TASKS** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction project execution; * Ensure compliance with the physical\-financial schedule; * Manage engineering teams, foremen, and operational teams; * Control service measurements and construction progress; * Analyze executive designs and ensure their correct field implementation; * Monitor performance indicators (deadlines, costs, productivity); * Conduct periodic meetings with teams and management; * Control project costs and propose corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards; * Validate technical purchases and service contracting; * Prepare project management reports. * **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience in construction project management (infrastructure, heavy construction, or similar); * Experience in team management and leadership; * Knowledge of construction planning and control (schedules, measurements, costs); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, and/or construction management software is desirable; * Willingness to travel and work on-site.
