Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic Manager to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on data analysis and strategic growth for clients. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. 2. Optimize acquisition funnels with a focus on conversion and ROI. 3. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, adopting a growth-oriented mindset. Somos Agora is a network of companies leading digital strategy in Brazil and the United States. We seek a Traffic Manager to provide strategic account oversight, performance analysis, and growth strategy development for clients. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Planning, executing, and scaling campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels. * Structuring and optimizing acquisition funnels focused on conversion, LTV, and ROI—not just clicks. * Analyzing metrics such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, ROI, and LTV, and transforming data into strategic decisions. * Ensuring data traceability and quality using Tag Manager, Pixels, GA4, and related tools. * Testing hypotheses, learning quickly, and continuously improving project performance. * Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, always maintaining a scalable growth mindset. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Proven experience in paid traffic and digital performance marketing. * An analytical, data-driven mindset with a strong results orientation. * Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. * Strong organizational skills, sense of priority, and accountability for deliverables. * Clear communication skills and an ownership-oriented attitude. * Genuine desire to grow, learn, and build something significant together.
