




Job Summary: The Fleet Assistant is responsible for maintenance control, fleet monitoring, administrative support, and cost analysis, ensuring vehicle efficiency and meeting operational demands. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance control and coordination. 2. Fleet monitoring for fuel optimization and performance improvement. 3. Administrative support and cost analysis for fleet management. Position: Fleet Assistant Location: Congonhas/MG Main Responsibilities: * Maintenance Control: Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicles remain in good working condition. * Fleet Monitoring: Monitor vehicle usage, including fuel consumption, mileage, and performance. * Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to fleet management, such as workshop scheduling, supplier communication, and supporting decisions regarding vehicle purchase and sale. * Cost Analysis: Analyze fleet depreciation and propose strategies to reduce costs and optimize consumption. * Operational Demand Handling: Address transportation needs from operational departments. * Customer Service: Meet customer needs as they arise. * Service Request Initiation in Systems: Initiate and assign vehicles to service providers. * Inventory Control: Monitor material inflow and outflow in inventory. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance. * Driver's License Category B. * Prior experience in administrative and vehicle maintenance activities.
