Guidance and monitoring of repairs, deadlines, budgets, and approvals. Consultative customer service, with continuous monitoring of incidents. Insurance policy management (asset additions, deletions, and updates). Reservation car requests and management in accordance with contractual terms. Document management in cases of total loss, theft, and vehicle robbery. Contract termination and monitoring of recovered vehicle retrieval. Fleet loss ratio control, focusing on cost mitigation and contractual trigger management.
