Support in fleet control routines **Job Opening: Administrative Assistant – Car Rental Company** **Job Objective** Provide support for the administrative and operational activities of the car rental company, ensuring organization, process control, and adherence to deadlines—especially in traffic fine management. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and control **traffic fines** (driver identification, deadlines, appeals, and payment tracking). * Control and organize vehicle documentation and contracts. * Provide administrative support to operational and finance departments. * Assist in fleet control (maintenance, licensing, documentation). * Internal customer service and client support when required. * Data entry and updating of information in systems and spreadsheets. * Support general administrative routines of the company. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration or related fields currently pursued is preferred). * Prior experience in administrative routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and strong communication skills. * **Valid driver's license (Class B)** – mandatory requirement. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience at a car rental company or in fleet management. * Knowledge of traffic fine procedures and administrative appeals.
