Serve as a point of support for employees **Position: Junior HR Analyst – Generalist** **Location: Belo Horizonte** **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes (resume screening, interviews, and alignment with managers); * Perform onboarding and offboarding procedures; * Support benefits administration; * Monitor electronic timekeeping, hour bank, and vacation schedules; * Provide payroll support (submitting information to accounting); * Organize and track occupational health examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and post-employment); * Support internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives; * Serve as a point of support for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in generalist HR operations; * Knowledge of onboarding, timekeeping, and benefits processes; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proficiency in Excel is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling high-volume workloads, * Familiarity with electronic timekeeping and payroll systems; * Knowledge of labor legislation. **Salary and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Transportation Allowance * Meal/food allowance Payment: starting from R$3\.500,00 per month Selection Questions: * Do you have experience with generalist HR operations? * What is your proficiency level in Excel? * Are you available to start immediately?
