Supporting internal and external audits **Job Description** The Vehicle Protection Association is seeking a **Financial Analyst** to manage, analyze, and organize financial routines, ensuring the association’s financial health and compliance with administrative and operational sectoral obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage accounts payable and receivable * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow * Perform bank reconciliations * Analyze revenues from membership fees and member contributions * Monitor delinquency and support collection activities * Prepare financial reports, statements, and performance indicators * Support budget preparation and financial forecasting * Verify payments related to claims, suppliers, and service providers * Ensure organization and archiving of financial documents * Support internal and external audits, as required **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in finance * Knowledge of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and financial routines * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in vehicle protection associations, cooperatives, or insurance companies * Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs * Experience managing delinquency and preparing managerial reports **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and professional ethics * Strong communication skills * Proactivity and organization * Ability to work with deadlines and numerical data Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
