Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication **Full Job Description** Essential Requirements (Basic) \- Commercial Department * Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email (receiving orders, sending reports, issuing invoices upon request). * Organization: Ability to manage spreadsheets and update daily the carrier tracking information for customers. Report incidents and conduct follow-up as needed. * Customer Focus: Understand and meet customer needs via email or phone. Process orders, prepare shipments, issue invoices, and release goods for dispatch. Issue promissory notes for the Finance Department. Generate reports for senior management. * Proactivity: Initiative to resolve problems and seek improvements. * Experience: In sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
