Organization and archiving of tax documents We are hiring for the Billing Assistant position: Responsibilities: * Issue invoices for products and services in compliance with current legislation; * Verify orders, registration data, and applicable taxes; * Provide administrative support to the team; * Assist customers and partners in clarifying tax or commercial inquiries; * Organize and archive tax documents; * Support order control and delivery tracking. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields) * Prior experience with NF-e issuance and commercial routines; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of taxation (ICMS, ISS, CFOPs, etc.) is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
