Operation of SOC and Unisyst systems Position: Billing Assistant Location: Jardim Riacho neighborhood, Contagem/MG Employment Type: Permanent * Responsibilities: Generate billing report closures within the SOC system for invoice issuance; issue service invoices and bills within the Unisyst system for customer delivery; and provide customer service to clarify and resolve billing disputes * Requirements: Completed high school education Experience in invoice issuance Administrative or related field coursework preferred Familiarity with the SOC system preferred Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office suite Relevant work experience * Additional Information: Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: Meal allowance R$ 450.00 per month, transportation allowance or fuel subsidy, life insurance, birthday bonus, and medical assistance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Technical course
