Support the evolution of departmental methodologies and the consolidation of organizational competencies. Conduct training and development needs assessments in collaboration with business units. Support the management of the annual training plan, monitoring KPIs, outcomes, and the effectiveness of initiatives. Lead initiatives related to culture, engagement, career development, performance, and succession. Conduct internal training sessions and support learning initiatives for diverse organizational audiences. Support vendor management, ensuring quality and alignment of contracted solutions. Contribute to improvements in onboarding, integration, and internal program processes. Support the design of learning paths and initiatives linked to the Corporate University. Work closely with departments and units to co-develop business-aligned solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields. Experience in Human Development, Training & Development, or Corporate Education. Knowledge of learning methodologies, andragogy, and development strategies. Experience conducting training needs assessments and developing internal programs. Familiarity with T\&D metrics and tracking program outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, ability to engage with client departments, and ease in delivering presentations or training sessions. **Preferred Qualifications** Postgraduate degree in People Management, Corporate Education, Project Management, or related fields. Experience with Corporate Universities, learning paths, or internal academies.
