The Inhotim Institute seeks a Junior Graphic Designer for the Design Store, responsible for developing products, visual merchandising, visual identities, and digital communication.

Regarded as the largest open-air museum in Latin America, the Inhotim Institute — Botanical Garden and Museum of Contemporary Art — is seeking a candidate to join the **Design Store** team as a **Junior Graphic Designer**.
Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a nonprofit organization funded by ticket sales, event hosting, and donations from individuals and legal entities — either directly or through Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws.
Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitor areas offer a unique experience that blends art and nature.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:**
\- Developing products for the Inhotim Store — stationery, illustrations, images, patterns, drawings, and packaging design;
* Visual merchandising and scenography development — events, trade fairs, physical stores, pop\-ups;
* Creating visual identities for online and offline campaigns;
* Daily digital communication development, such as newsletters, banners, and digital media;
* Updating website layouts and creating landing page layouts;
* Collaborative projects with partner brands;
* Developing graphic materials;
* Participating in annual planning;
* Developing and monitoring communication strategies;
* Other related activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Candidate Profile:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields;
* Prior professional experience in Graphic and Product Design is required;
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;
* Knowledge of graphic production processes, file preparation, and sample review;
* Familiarity with video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere;
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* Figma;
* HTML knowledge is desirable;
* Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
