




Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for fire prevention and firefighting, conducting inspections, tests, training, and emergency response. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training sessions and drills **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Authorize Special Work Permits (SWP) (e.g., hot work, flammable materials, etc.); * Inspect fire prevention and firefighting equipment; * Perform functional tests on fire suppression systems (alarms, sprinklers, smoke detectors, pump houses, etc.); * Conduct training (Fire Brigade Training, Fire Prevention); * Manage maintenance of portable fire-fighting equipment; * Respond to emergencies across the entire Betim plant (employees and third parties); * Know and implement guidelines outlined in the plant’s Fire Emergency Plan; * Participate in emergency drills across various scenarios; * Inspect resources provided for performing activities (e.g., equipment, protective clothing, etc.); * Monitor and assist in confined space operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Languages: Fluent Portuguese; * Certified Civil Firefighter; * Valid accreditation with CBMMG (Minas Gerais Military Fire Department); * NR 33 Training (Confined Space); * NR 35 Training (Work at Heights); * Technical knowledge of NR 20 (Flammable Materials); * National Driver’s License Class "D"; * Knowledge of CBMMG Technical Instructions (ITs); * Knowledge of Pre-Hospital Care (APH); * Knowledge of risk analysis; * Additional academic courses, specializations, or extensions (desirable); * Experience in manufacturing industry (desirable). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Internal benefits, Basic food basket, Parking, Shuttle service, Profit-sharing program, On-site meals, Life insurance
