Emergency Response Across the Plant **Job Description and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing * Authorize Special Work Permits (SWP) (e.g., hot work, flammable materials, etc.); * Inspect fire prevention and firefighting equipment; * Conduct functional tests on fire protection systems (alarms, sprinklers, smoke detectors, pump houses, etc.); * Deliver training (Fire Brigade Training, Fire Prevention); * Manage maintenance of portable fire-fighting equipment; * Respond to emergencies across the entire Betim plant (employees and third parties); * Know and apply guidelines outlined in the plant’s Fire Emergency Plan; * Participate in emergency drills across various scenarios; * Inspect resources provided for performing activities (e.g., equipment, PPE, etc.); * Monitor and perform rescues during confined space operations. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education; * Languages: Fluent Portuguese; * Certified Civil Firefighter; * Active accreditation with CBMMG (Minas Gerais Military Fire Department); * NR 33 Course (Confined Spaces); * NR 35 Course (Working at Heights); * Technical knowledge of NR 20 (Flammable Materials); * National Driver’s License Class "D"; * Knowledge of CBMMG Technical Instructions (ITs); * Knowledge of Pre-Hospital Care (APH); * Knowledge of Risk Assessment; * Additional academic courses, specializations, or extensions (desirable); * Experience working in the manufacturing industry (desirable). **Benefits** -------------- **Medical Assistance** **Dental Assistance** **Gym Allowance** **Childcare Allowance** **Internal Benefits** **Basic Food Basket** **Parking** **Shuttle Service** **Profit Sharing** **On-site Meals** **Life Insurance** **About the Company** ------------------- About Stellantis Stellantis is one of the world’s leading automakers and mobility providers, present on all continents, with manufacturing plants in 30 countries and operations in 150 commercial markets.
