Opportunity for growth and a career development plan in the real estate sector Real Estate Commercial Assistant – Contagem/MG We seek a dynamic, communicative professional with a keen eye for opportunities in the Contagem real estate market. The Commercial Assistant will serve as the right hand of our team of brokers, handling strategic acquisition of new properties and making the first contact with potential buyers—ensuring our real estate agency’s first impression is one of excellence. Responsibilities and Duties * **Active Prospecting:** Identify and acquire new properties for the agency’s portfolio in strategic neighborhoods of Contagem, conducting direct outreach. * **Visual Content Production:** Capture high-quality photos and videos of acquired apartments, highlighting each unit’s unique features for listings and social media. * **Social Media Management:** Populate the agency’s social media platforms with creative content (Reels, Stories, and posts), interact with followers, and increase property visibility. * **Initial Client Engagement:** Conduct initial outreach to leads (interested parties) via WhatsApp, phone, or social media; qualify clients and systematically refer them to the responsible broker. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (enrollment in higher education is desirable) * Proficiency in smartphone photography and videography (familiarity with editing apps such as CapCut or Canva is a plus) * Strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) for commercial purposes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, resilient personality with goal-oriented focus * Familiarity with the geography of Contagem/MG * Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) is a non-mandatory advantage What We Offer * Market-competitive fixed salary * Bonuses or commissions for lead acquisition/conversion * Opportunity for growth and a career development plan in the real estate sector Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: starting from R$1.600,00 per month
