Operational support and workflow training A law firm is seeking a Document Analyst in Belo Horizonte (Lourdes). **Responsibilities:** Digital Document Management: Analyze, verify, partition, attach, and rename files according to the firm’s standards, ensuring timely updates of available documents. Data Cleansing: Identify duplicates, replace partial copies with complete ones, and adjust procedural statuses within the system. PJe Verification: Identify inconsistencies in digitized physical case files migrated to electronic systems, and prepare error reports for correction with courts. Physical Document Management: Perform filing, digitization, screening of inactive materials, and apply retention schedules for secure disposal. Library (Physical and Virtual): Manage acquisition of items, loans, cataloging, and inventory of physical collections; organize and update digital materials; curate digital materials and information resources for Knowledge Management. Operational Support: Address staff requests for assistance in handling/editing documentation for various purposes, and facilitate internal and external documentation transactions. Training: Assist in training interns and new employees on the GED workflow. Bachelor’s degree required.
